NOVELNY is an online library of literally hundreds of magazines, newspapers, maps, charts, research and reference books that are available to every New Yorker.
The NOVELNY databases are free to every resident of New York State through their local public, academic or school library.
To access the NOVELNY databases click on the desired database provider below. If you are signing on from home, you may need a userid and password. The contract between the database providers and NOVELNY prohibits publishing the userid or password on the school library’s website, but can be provided in hard copy to faculty, administrators, and students.Contact Laura at LCohen25@schools.nyc.gov or 212 732-4392 for the userids and passwords.
